Ablel Tekeste Berhane is a scholar, lecturer, researcher, and community development professional with academic backgrounds in Community Development and Leadership, Sociology, and Human Rights. He holds a BA in Community Development and Leadership and an MA in Sociology, and is currently a PhD candidate in Human Rights.
Ablel has extensive experience in teaching, research, community development, and academic coordination. He has served as a lecturer and researcher at Mizan Tepi University, where he has contributed to research activities and worked in areas related to culture, indigenous knowledge, and community development. His academic and research interests include human rights, migration, social justice, education, indigenous knowledge, gender, and the protection of vulnerable communities.
