Abstract

From October 2022 to May 2024, the author personally treated and remotely guided students to treat patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia, white lung, and influenza A who had been treated by traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a long time (18 days) and had dilated pupils that were hopeless, pulling the patient back from the line of death; The sequelae are more than 7 months and 9 months, and the patients in 2024 are the second and third infections. A total of 37 cases, immediate results! The report is as follows. 
1 General Information
A total of 37 cases were inpatients and outpatients in large, medium and small hospitals in different provinces and cities across the country, including 17 males and 20 females. The minimum age is 19 years old, the oldest is 67 years old; For the above cases, the shortest is 11 days and the longest is 18 days; There were 10 cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia, 9 cases of white lung, 7 cases of influenza A, and 11 cases of sequelae. 
Key points of diagnosis (1) Western medicine test: the new coronavirus nucleic acid test is positive

(3) TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis classification: evil guest lungs, phlegm and heat accumulation lungs, lung burning and yin injury. 
2 Treatments
(1) "Acupuncture combined with vesiculating Cupping" and "Vesiculating cupping" are used at the same time.
(2) The main acupoint is punctured with a milli needle, and a drop of blood or only acupuncture is squeezed out after pricking, and the needle is left for 20 minutes.
Note: Acupuncture Shixuan should not be done more than three times. Critically ill patients can be used twice a day. 
Acupuncture: Choose to use "Acupuncture combined with vesiculating Cupping" acupuncture points of Dazhu, Dingchuan, Shaoshang, Shangyang, and use 0.25×25mm millineedles to puncture; Bilateral Hegu and Neiguan, with 0.3×60mm millineedle pierced into Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Quchi, after getting qi, the age is used to adjust the needle with the Pingbu Pinglaxative method; Young people use the laxative method to adjust the needle, and leave the needle on for an hour. Pull out the needles on the large vertebrae and Dingchuan acupuncture points into the jar. Lungs, spleen, liver, stomach, upper navel, middle navel, lower navel, with "Vesiculating cupping" for serious illness to stay for 1 hour or 1.5 hours to achieve blisters, if the patient has a strong bearing capacity, it can also be left a little longer. The more blisters come out, the better the effect. There are no diseased acupuncture points, and there will be no blisters if you leave the needle and jar for two or three hours.
