Conclusion - It is recommended that studies be conducted in various countries to assess the impact of hormonal changes, combined with stress and different living conditions, on anxiety, fatigue, and quality of life following a night of approximately 3 to 4 hours of sleep, with the assessment taking place around on July 23, 2026.
